New in Packet Peco OO Track, Points and Cobalt Motors

We started our model railway journey a year or so ago now and we've just not had the time to do anything other than a test board with two runs of track and a crossover with point motors and we're about to build a house extension so we're selling what we haven't used. The first batch is below.
Some will have been out the packet to help with layout planning but nothing listed here has been modified or touched in any way so is as new and is back in it's original packet.
It'll end up on EBay if I can't sell here. I'd like to think that this would be a good saving over new for someone about to start as it's basically all new!
All Peco
1 x Code 100 OO Track (24 yards) opened unused (I used one from the packet) - SL-100 - £70
1 x Code 100 OO Track (25 yards) sealed - SL-100 - £80
2 x Pack of 12 insulated rail joiners - SL-11 - £3 each
2 x Double Slip Insulfrog - SL90 - £30 each
4 x Right hand medium radius Turnout Electrofrog - SL-E95 - £11 each
5 x Left hand medium radius Turnout Electrofrog - SL-E96 - £11 each
3 x Small Radius Y Turnout Unifrog - SL-U97 - £28 each
Also I have a box of 10 (originally a box of 12, I used 2 on my test track):
Cobalt IP Digital - unopened with accessory kit - £15 each
Also got the usual other bits, mostly unused rolls of track and accessory wire, cork rolls, also have a Z21 and a nice Bachman Class 150 DMU with sound fitted, which has been test run on the test track, probably some other bits, basically everything someone would need to get started
Paypal or collect with cash from my house in Hemel Hempstead Hertfordshire or happy to meet someone if they want the lot!
Postage TBC depending on how/if this all sells.
I'm half tempted to just box it all up and store it in case we find the time and space further down the line.
