Re: Hornby 2022 - New Releases
Some great items available this year, albeit somewhat of a tease - like the 11 month wait time for the APT.
The early era L&MR stock is intriguing, albeit quite pricey for a 3-pack of wagons or coaches. But I will admit I lurk in the bargain basement for rolling stock purchases so I doubt Hornby will be bothered that I couldn’t stomach paying £53 for a single container flat with containers.

Re: Hornby 2022 - New Releases
well I've preordered three items from this years releases, there is a lot more I would love to have preordered but cannot afford it,ive ordered direct from hornby the r30112 Dublo merchant navy and the r30109 coronation class in br blue both at £320.99 each and the 2022 xmas wagon from burevalley models ,I tried a few places for the Dublo locos but were told that they have already reached there allocation level, burevalley have only been allocated five of each, shame because I could have saved £32.00 on each,,anyone else care to share what preorders they have,,.

Re: Hornby 2022 - New Releases
I took advantage of the reintroduction of the discount for club members and preordered the SS Black 5 and the Turbomotive.
I may have missed it but although the Clans that were released last year still show in stock at Margate, I couldn’t see them in the catalogue for ‘22.

Probably no surprise that I ordered the HD Merchant Navy, also the SS Black 5, the Club Terrier and a Bulleid Restaurant Coach. Being a Hornby Club member the saving was just over £70 and free postage.

That’s good Barry. If you send the £70 to me I can buy a wagon.

The APT is listed as "in stock" - I also received an email yesterday telling me it was available.Jsa274 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 10, 2022 3:53 pm Some great items available this year, albeit somewhat of a tease - like the 11 month wait time for the APT.

I have succumbed further.
I ordered Clan Stewart and a Britannia decoder again taking advantage of the club discount. And within ten minutes I got an email from TMC to say my rebuilt W1 was on its way so I ordered a P2 decoder for that one as well.
And then realised I needed to get some sugarcube speakers...........
