Coney Island Leap frog Railway

Saw a clip of this on QI so had to find it. Quite bizarre, no wonder it never caught on. Stern's Duplex Railway.

Clip shown on QI. Why have two tracks when one will do :shock:
And the Lord said unto John “Come forth and receive eternal life”, but John came fifth and won a toaster!

Looks as though at around 45 to 48 seconds it didn't work to well! :o

I'm not convinced it ever worked well :D

It could not have been a comfortable ride for the passengers, I only hope they had plenty of vomit bags.
