Another Peco Electrofrog point problem

A basic error seems to have been missed when checking the track and I have found that when I run a loco over the points I get a short.
Point motors are Cobalt iP Digital and point is Peco Electrofrog. Point motor is connected to a DCC accessory bus so I am using the Cobalt switching function to switch the track power.
I have used my multimeter to check connections etc. All the required modifications to the point have been made and insulated joiners are in the places that they should be. As far as I can see all the wiring is correct, but obviously not, as the points switches the power the wrong way. I think that I need to reverse the wires connected to the switch connections on the point motor, however what I think and what I should do may be entirely different, so before I risk damaging an expensive point motor I thought that it is best to check.
Thank you
