Ideas on these locos?

Given to me by a friend, any ideas? It is well built, metal chassis but no markings

In the family from the 1960's British Railways, Triang and still a reasonable runner

You are correct Ian. Has the same number.


I reckon the first is this Triang loco.

I think that you are correct WTD on the first one - the Dalpol kit is slightly different, the Tri-ang one is almost identical except for the added crew.

The Dapol one is a GWR 61XX Prairie tank.

Second one is the Triang L1 4-4-0 (R350) from 1960. I have a few of these.

The GWR 61XX Prairie Tank has an interesting livery, any ideas?
