A Question for Flashbang
Brian
Looking at your Diagram 2 for programmer track wiring in the DCC control section of your book, is this the correct way to wire up a NCE Power Cab with a booster?
The instruction book with Power cab does not show how to wire up a programme track with a booster and it is a bit of a pain having to disconnect the booster cables and refit the original set up for a Power cab every time i need to make any decoder adjustments.
I have an isolated section of track and a DPDT switch already fitted.

I personally would not fit a selection switch when using a Booster.
NCE recommend keeping the PowerCab PCP and the original power supply that came with the set up to feed the PCP. Then connect the PCP 'Track' connection directly to your isolated Programming tracks rails. You then simply unplug the handset from the SB5 (or whatever Booster is used) and plug it into the PCP. Then select Programming mode on the handset as normal.

You can of course carry out programming on the main via the Booster under POM mode.
