DCC ready or not?

#1

Post by Carl L »

The image is of a Bachmann Crab. Please could some advise if this is DCC ready? There is no indication on the box that it is.

I think I know the answer but just want to be sure.

Looks like it to me. The brown circuit board on top looks like a blanking plate. Does it unplug.?

It looks like a blanking plate to me also, although I have to say not in a form I have seen. As WTD says can you wiggle it out? R-

Indeed it does, it is a blanking plate. Just didn't want to damage anything through ignorance. Many thanks.

Is it. All the ones I have seen have looked a bit more professional. Maybe I should look at more :)
