This can sit for a few days to fully harden before I attempt the yellow panels.

Strange colour Maroon. I painted a couple of locos that colour and the coat always appears to be too thin.

Daily life has got in the way a little on this one, but I’m creeping up on it slowly.
The main block colours are done and having now removed the masking tape, I will need to refine the edges as part of the detail painting before thinking about transfers.

Colours match the photo - that’s the first box ticked!
I was hoping to get a bit more done this week but had to take the memsahib to the dentist today and have a hospital visit myself tomorrow ahead of a small op in a couple of weeks. A bit busy with work and doing a lot of liaison work with the police as a result.
As always, life gets in the way.
