Good Lord no. This was the cold war and access to the cockpit was restricted anyway unless you had a job ticket. Bombed up ones on QRA duty were guarded day and night by military police with a gun and a dog. I think the logic there was if the cop's gun failed to go off the dog bit you!
Seriously though, even after the nuke deterrent was passed to the navy, I don't remember anyone other than the five crew and sometimes a crew chief getting to sit on the dicky seat. Very cramped and poor visibility so wouldn't have been much fun.
