Sandy, thanks. Not quite so easy here to downsize, as houses in france, take a time to sell. Years, in many cases. Our immediate solution has been to grass over rear veggie patch, and one of two more, at the front. This has cut down a lot of work, as simple to keep looking good with Ride on mower. I am happy to keep under control, this way. House, is not big, having only 3 bedrooms. Heather has a quilting room, upstairs, and my Train room, accounts for rest of upstairs. Downstairs, we have, our bedroom, lounge, dining room, office and Kitchen. So, very manageable. I would go nuts, without my workshops, of which, i have three.

hi Yelrow Sounds like you have an ideal and well organised property. You seem to be enjoying it thats the importent thing.
