This is some from each printer that I painted last year. One type of resin takes acrylic very easily the other you will need to prepare before applying paint. Pretty sure it was ModelU figures that needed preparation but I could be wrong.

As you will see, yellow was a challenge.

ModelU used to use resin I believe. They now need priming. You kindly sent me a couple Roger.

Just got these from Hardys Hobbies. Trouble is they’re upside down. Not sure how I’m going to use them :)

Right, I prime everything I’m going to paint now, makes life much easier. I use a huge tin of red primer, not very accurately. You should see the overspray in the garden ... R-

Roger, I find that white primer is better for figures as the lighter colours cover better. Saves painting shirts as well. :D
