Suggestion Please.

There is going to be a dart board in the pup on the lay out, that I am painting figures for. I thought it would be cool to have a couple of people playing darts.

Hunting around I found a suitable figure to stand, aiming a dart, however I have drawn a blank on O gauge darts.
Any suggestions on how I can make some? He will have one in his throwing hand, the others can be stuck in the dart board or in his other hand.

Figure shown below, is in the early stages of being painted.

John :)

You should have one dart in his hand, one in the board and one stuck in somebody’s head. Happened to the bloke scoring when my dad was playing many years ago. The scorer didn’t flinch and just realed off the score as if nothing had happened.

Funny you mention broom bristle as I was thinking tooth brush bristle. But, what about notice board push pins, the ones with the large plastic heads. With the heads cut off and just the pin part used. Or would they be to large? I can't visualise an O gauge figure.

How about practice bombs from a small scale aircraft?

I’m almost certain my spares box would yield something!

1/48 figure holding a 1/72 or smaller bomb/bomblet.

I know I have some of these spare......

You’re looking at the upper left set of four.
I used the other parts on a kit, here.

The fins may be the useful part but a crafty bit of sanding should see you right.

I’ll make a mock with a /48th pilot if you’re interested?
