Peco PL-1000 Point Motor Installation Template for TT Scale

Is there somewhere to download a copy of the installation template for these point motors? I have mislaid mine for my TT layout.

Unfortunately these are HO/OO only and I am using TT120. Thanks anyway.

The motors are not gauge specific and the central hole will be common to both scales, as will the two mounting holes. The track image is just a guide for alignment. When Peco introduced that motor TT 120 wasn't a 'thing'.
