Classic! I have, too, a weakness for the old stuff.

Just had these delivered : a trio of Lima 6 wheeled tank wagons to supplement and upgrade my Milk Train. Bought second hand from a well known auction site.

Just before christmas, I noticed a local selling some railway bits, at a good price, so I couldn't resist!
I came home with :-

The 'Lady Patricia' needs some work, as she's missing the screw holding her rear pony onto the loco, and I was also advised she's not currently running.

The sale also included a couple of extra track packs from hornby... leaving me a number of points etc to work with.

I'm planning on using the track to build a testing/running in circuit, which the kids can use if they want to also! I'm considering selling the HM2000 once I have tested it, I've got a Gaugemaster D and I don't need the 'constant speed' feature of the HM2000.

All in all, a good deal for £100!

Ordered on 2nd December and arrived on 31st December from RoS, a Sonic Robinson A5 with sound. Delayed delivery due to sound decoder being out of stock at time of ordering! (ESU V5) i'm sorry its a stock image, as haven't been out to the railway so far this year as far too cold! But I have run the loco in on my rolling road and all good, though sound level needs increasing!

Now looking for a LMS Blood and Custard inspection coach. :o
