Thank you for the link. I had seen this some time ago and decided to let YouChoos do the work - which they did. As they say, 'there's not a lot of room'. YouChoos still reckon to add the two extra wires for a carriage pick up is high risk. This is the most recent response:
'Without being able to dismantle the loco, I cannot guarantee any extra wiring is possible. I don’t mind having a go, but there is a high risk that the model will be destroyed in doing it! If you’re willing to take the risk, then OK, we’ll attempt it, but it is a high risk!'
It's a lovely little loco and I'd really like to get it running properly. I wonder how risky the extra work is?
