Station canopy

Made up this station canopy from a kit, I thought it would be good to have a light in the roof space but how could I hide the wires? I noticed that the columns came in two halves to be cemented together so I made a groove in one halve and joined them together with a wire inside and it all worked out fine. I have another one to make for the other platform so keeping busy.

Looks great - good idea for hiding the wires. R-
Young at heart. Slightly older in other parts.

I did similar in both OO and N but I inserted a length of brass rod in each column a and soldered the leds to two more rods in the rafters.
"Not very stable, but incredibly versatile." ;)
