Hi Brian,
i will check it all over again tomorrow, but that is how its wired at the moment because i had all three the same & on a closer look that smaller third track looked like it needed reversing to allow the points polarity's to match up.

Ah'Ha, i will take half the blame. Out of the 60+ track joint's, one was wrong, but no & i was still getting the error code. So, i went through with a fine tooth comb & a magnifying glass & found when i separated a couple of bit of track one of the IRJ had split, once i replace this everything was OK. But many thanks for your help.
