Hello everyone,
all my apologies if si question has been asked too many times before.
Can I run my "standard" Hornby stock on the Peco code 75 track without any issues ? Many thanks in advance for your time and for all your replies.
All new Hornby/Bachmann/Dapol etc OO stock will run on code 75. Older items pre 1990's may have problems due to their deeper wheel flanges.
TBH I cant see any reason to use code 75 which is more difficult to work with due to the thinner rail, when code 100 laid correctly and painted looks okay.

Thanks for your very helpful advice. Code 100 and nothing else !
While Code 100 does the job, Peco code 75 does have some different turnout formations. As we know Peco 75 & 100 are not to UK appearance so if one wanted more variety in turnouts types, use Tillig.
