The controller starts up with a "20" followed by a "30", so I presume I have a version that can set the CV numbers.
However, nowhere in the instruction booklet is there a procedure as to how to set the CV numbers, only specific attributes such as Acceleration etc. Is there more information anywhere ...

Well, there are commercial units for model railway use .. CTI do one, as do MRCS in the US, and there's also traintraxx. The trouble is they all seem very expensive, especially if one is wanting to do train detection at many points in a layout. Is it a chicken and egg situation? I think in ...

No layout at present, have to get the RTR stuff down from the loft that we had when the kids were young.
