I intend to use the DIY modules from MERG https://www.merg.org.uk/ i will be controlling a max of 5 loco`s , 7 points and signals , would this way be the cheapest way to go ( I am quite useful with a soldering iron)

Wheel replacement for Triang/Hornby R 156/R255

just acquired a wonderful set of R 156 EMU power car and R 255 dummy car , thing is on Code 75 track , the flanges touch the tops of the Chairs, is it possible to replace the wheels , the power bogie wheels need replacing as well , a link to replacement wheels would be useful

TT 120 is a wonderful gauge , plus , using the new Peco 120 track , it is the correct scale , the only thing that lets it down is the lack or rolling stock , there is a class 31 in the offing , and a possible Class 66 , I hope that British rolling stock will appear soon, even a 16t mineral wagon wou...

Yes , its about 18" and I will be using Peco code 75 , as yet I have only printed out (full size) from anyrail , I could increase the base board width to 24" if necessary , I have still to master anyrail hence the hornby platforms , the finished layout will have ply / MDF platforms
