Are all those wires going to the the Wago connector supposed to be wired all together? Tha Wago is a commoning connector and three terminals are not separate terminals like on a terminal strip. I assume you are using the Combi 16 volt AC output to power the TT?
Wago blocks are not elecrtrically seperate on each terminal, they have an internal bus bar linking all their terminals together.

The wires shown in the Wago are all connected together by the Wagos internal bus bar. Each of the coloured wires are seperate feeds/circuits and they are all being shorted together. For a three wire connection joint, three seperarate Wago blocks are needed. Two way ones would do or use three way ...

My suggestion would be to research the available paint products and techniques and do it yourself.
That may sound harsh but once you factor in the costs involved in getting someone else to do it - postage, materials, labour, then even the smallest of structures will be very expensive.

Look at Scale Scenes website, they sell downloadable kits which you print out on your home printer. The downside is that they are more work compared to the more popular Metcalf and Superquick ranges in that unless your printer can print on card directly you have to print on ordinary paper and glue ...
